Samantha Montpetit-Huynh is the mother of two beautiful girls living in Toronto, Ontario. After the birth of her first daughter, Samantha, like many, decided to change her career to something she felt passionate about but also had a personal connection with as well. Always a fitness enthusiast, she decided to go back to night school and get her Fitness Leadership Certificate at Seneca College.

Since then she became a certified personal trainer, a pre & postnatal fitness specialist, a nutrition and wellness specialist and a resist-a-ball specialist. While Samantha was on her first maternity leave, she found there were limited services for someone who was really serious about getting back in shape postpartum. Although she attended mom and baby classes, she found they were more geared towards social interaction as opposed to personalized strength and conditioning – something she was already used to.
